1: Take a deep breath
This is the start of
a new you

2: Give us a call or fill out the e-mail link and we can
make a time to see one of our senior trainers
STEP
3: Come in for your initial session. This will include
an initial exercise evaluation, an assessment of your exercise
objectives, the option of a sample training session and some
possible solutions to achieving your goals
STEP
4: If you are happy with the solution then its time to
start. Your trainer will book you in for a further health
consultation and 1st full personal training session. (You
will have to part with some money.
STEP
5: Have fun and enjoy all the benefits that come with
being an Adrenalin member or client. Better still look
forward to seeing a fitter, stronger, leaner, healthier you! |
